Paypal at one time was a great service for customers and sellers to use for their eBay purchases. It was fast, convenient, and easy to set up. I have used Paypal myself to purchase items from eBay, and enjoyed the experience. However, if you are a seller on eBay and with to use Paypal, you need to be aware of feature within Paypal called Rolling Reserve, which will hold 30% of your transaction revenue for up to 90 days. As any business would agree, having your funds limited for this length of time would cripple, and in the end, destroy your business. Paypal’s excuse? It is for your own protection.

Today while I was surfing the Internet I went to one of the sites I usually go to find out information about Science Fiction, Syfy.com. My browser, Google Chrome, gave me a warning about the site hosting malware. This has never occurred before, thus I doubted the message. I ignored the warning, and sure enough, my virus scanner popped up identifying viruses. I was quite shocked, as this site is for a cable television station.
To the right you will see George, a licensed Hypnotherapist. No, really, George is a Hypnotherapist. Just look at his eyes, the way they gaze back at you, pulling you in. With just a movement with his paw, you are under his control. He will make sure to help cure you of any unconscious material, as he is fully qualified. At least, according to the British Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming (BBNLP), the United Fellowship of Hypnotherapists (UFH) and the Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioner Association (PHPA). In case you do not know, George is a cat.
Late Thursday evening President Obama signed into law an extension for the Cash for Clunkers program. The extension allows an additional $2 billion in funding to the already $1 billion that apparently already spent. The Senate voted 60-37 to approve the extension late Thursday Evening. It is unknown how long the money will last.
When the cash for clunkers program was implemented, I did not have much opinion on it. I did not give it much thought, and figured it was a way to get old cars scrapped and to get more environmental friendly cars on the road. On those points I did not have a problem, and would have considered using the program if I had an old car that did not run well, and I was in the position to buy a new car. Today I got an e-mail stating the Cash for Clunkers program is in part a scam for the government to gain access to your computer and your files, legally.
